Firstly we started by opening an image and duplicated the layer.After that i pressed "Image", "Adjustments" and "Levels".
Then i will select red and change both outputs to 0.
After that i will select the select layer and do the same to the green and blue levels.
This is my final image.
I found that some images looked more effective / 3D than others depending on what the picture was taken of and how dark the image was.
